RETURNS ANS EXCHANGES

JACQUI"S UNIQUE DESIGNS GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Please contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship returns back to me within: 7 days of delivery 
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
I want you to be happy with anything you purchase from Jacqui's Unique Designs. If by chance you are unhappy with your merchandise please contact me and send me a photo within 3 days of receiving the product(s). 
I will be happy to to go over anything you need to make that item right for you.
Please note, a refund will NOT be issued unless the above steps have taken place.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Items that are customized, made to order, with names, dates, or anything specific to an individual. 
However, if an item is not to your satisfaction, please contact me before leaving feedback and I will be more than happy to work with you to achieve the outcome you desire. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

CANCELLATION 
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of your order placed. After that 24 hour time frame has passed, the order can not be refunded due to the painting process that has begun. 

DAMAGED GOODS 
All merchandise is packaged very carefully and insured by USPS. In the rare case that your purchased item may arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and and we can go over the details for the claim. I will help you through this process. 
Please make sure that you take pictures of the damaged item and submit them to me, so we can have proof for the claim being submitted for reimbursement. 
USPS requests that you keep the packaging for inspection purposes.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAMAGED GOODS
If you would like to do this on your own, here are some detailed instructions on how to do so:
If an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will need to take the shipment box and the damaged items to your nearest post office and sign a claim form. This will allow me to claim on the postal insurance that is given to your item through USPS once the item has shipped. As soon as I receive a notice from the USPS that you turned in, the shipping box(es) with damaged items(s) and the signed claim form, I will then create your order again.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

I ship priority mail via USPS. This allows tracking information, insurance and a quicker delivery time. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package after it has been shipped. A 2 day express Priority may be purchased for an additional shipping charge.  Please remember I can not guarantee the arrival date once the package is with the USPS.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking notice so that you can easily track your package online. Please make sure your ADDRESS is correct! I ship to the address that is provided on Etsy unless another address is specified. If you have moved recently, please make sure you UPDATE your address! 

**Shipping costs cover the USPS rates plus materials needed.**

Most USA orders (Including Alaska & Hawaii) are shipped by USPS priority mail which is 1-3 days with full insurance. 

For custom orders/made to order items please allow 1-2 weeks for completion and shipping your order. Please let me know when you need your items by and I will do my best to accommodate that for you. You can do that under the (NOTE TO SELLER) box during checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL 
International orders are accepted if you contact me, so that I can look up shipping costs to your country and give you an accurate price.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

RUSH ORDER 
If you would like to put a RUSH on an order, there will be a rush fee of $7 for one item and $5 for each additional item. This will make your item appear first on my production list to be completed. This fee does not include expedited shipping costs. Those are separate postal fees.

DIRECT SHIP TO GIFT RECIPIENT 
This service is also available. I would be happy to include a hand-written gift note with your personal message on it. Please make sure to leave me the message that you want stated on the gift card in the (NOTE TO SELLER) selection during checkout.  A gift receipt without the price will be included (or no receipt upon request). You can also message me if you have any questions regarding this section.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE 
I ship Monday-Friday via USPS priority mail. (about 3-5 business days for delivery)

PAYMENT
SECURE OPTIONS
Your payment information is secure. Sellers don't receive your credit card information. 
I accept paypal, all major credit cards and Jacqui's Unique Designs Gift Cards. 
Payment is due at the time of purchase.  Your receipt is available online and can be printed from your computer whenever you wish. 
Please note that the item will only be created AFTER the payment has been cleared.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY?
If you'd like to contact me, Please contact me with any questions you may have. I can be reached through Etsy or my contact information under SELLER INFO. In case you are unable to find that information, you can also directly email me at  jacquisuniquedesigns@yahoo.com

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?
Within 24-48 hours. 
If by chance I happen to be on vacation, I will make sure my shop is updated to Vacation mode with a note stating my returning date. I will then try my best to get back to you within 24-48 hours. 

HOW DO I SEND A PHOTO?
When you're ready to send an order, you can attach your photo to a message through the contact Gidget tab.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GLASS & ALL HAND PAINTED ITEMS

GLASS
While cleaning any glass item received please treat them as if they are extremely delicate. 
All glassware is hand painted and then heat treated for durability. 
Please note: I have had my hand painted glasses for a few years now that are used daily and they are still in great condition!!
I RECOMMEND you washing any hand painted glassware item with a non abrasive sponge, soap and some luke warm water. 
No soaking or scrubbing. Hand or pat dry only. 

ALL HAND PAINTED ITEMS
(Hand Painted Picture Frames, Wood Pieces, Furniture, Canvas, Any Hand Painted Home Decor Item, Jewelry, Picture Frames  etc.) 
Treat them all as if they are extremely delicate. Everything is hand painted by me after creating a pencil draft for my final product. 
All items are then painted and created with high quality paint and then sealed for durability so you can have them in your home!

CUSTOM ORDERS 
I love doing custom orders! Please look at my current listings for some ideas, or Follow my Instagram page. I post on there daily with all new designs and custom orders. 
If you happen to have your own ideas and would like to run them by me to see what we can come up with together, I will work with you on getting this item created.
Once the item is created, I will send you a photo to see if you would like to make any changes. Once I get the okay and the payment has cleared, I will then create the custom order for you. 
Each item is hand painted and one of a kind. Therefore, no item is the exact same!
